• your Windows version (10, 11, etc.),
  if you are not sure, press Windows+R, type winver, and press Enter
• the version of Hopping Words and, if shown, your Support ID,
  both in the main menu under: Hopping Words > About Hopping Words
• if you have signed up with Hopping Words, your account email, and
• a short description of the problem and the steps leading up to it.
